Ingredients:-
Cabbage – 2 cups
Jeera-1 tspn
Mustard Seeds-1tspn
Turmeric- a pinch
Desiccated Coconut- ½cup
Green Chilly-2
Red chilly-1
Curry leaves – little
Small Onions-4 no’s
Salt-As per taste
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation:-
Grate cabbage finely and chop green chilly and small onions. Take a pan and heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds and add jeera, green chilly, red chilly, small onions, and curry leaves. Add grated cabbage and mix well for 4 mins. Now mix grated coconut and sprinkle turmeric and salt. Once all of this is mixed well, cook in low heat for 5mins and serve it with rice and curry.
